Sergei Ukolov has extensive experience in software engineering, having worked on various projects such as monitoring systems, helpdesk systems, and HCM at Severstal. Sergei graduated from Voronezh State Technical University with a diploma in engineering specialty, focusing on Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
