Amber Horton

Amber Horton has extensive experience in employee relations and program management, currently serving as Employee Relations Manager and Program Manager at Sevita since June 2021. Prior to this role, Amber worked as Employment and Community First Program Manager and Program Development Specialist at D&S Community Services from January 2016 to June 2021. Amber began their career at Ralph Lauren, where notable roles included General Manager, overseeing a multi-million dollar store, and later held positions as Assistant Manager and Associate. Additional experience includes roles at World Financial Group and Prestige Marketing Consultants. Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Limestone University, completed in 2003.
