Adrian Houston

Adrian Houston is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sezzle since March 2020, Adrian has progressively advanced from People Operations Intern to People Operations Coordinator, and then to People Operations Manager. Prior experience includes an internship at Patrizia Pepe and a role as Chief People Officer at TEDxUMN, alongside positions at North Risk Partners, NASPA, the Center for Transportation Studies at the University of Minnesota, and the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Adrian began a career in customer service at AMC Theatres while also gaining valuable research experience as a STEM Education Intern at the Science Museum of Minnesota. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2020.
