Jasper Helling serves as the SVP of People at Sezzle since March 2022 and is a consultant at Headpoint Consulting, focusing on enabling clients to achieve and sustain their aspirations through tailored programs and disciplines. Previously, Jasper held various roles including HR Leader for Bigtincan, Head of HR for Solera Global Data & Content, and Head of HR for Huawei in Switzerland, where responsibilities spanned strategic HR management, post-merger integration, and compliance.
