Frank Kwok Poon is an experienced executive with a strong background in product management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager, Americas for both KEX Express and S.F. EXPRESS CO. LTD since 2019, Frank has held various leadership roles including VP of Products and Operations at Atollogy, Inc. and Vice President at ReNi Analytics Inc. Previous experience includes positions in product management and strategy at Elementum SCM, Serus Corporation, and E2open, as well as business development and project management at i2 Technologies. Frank holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and both a Master of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
