Jacek Skiba is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Head of Shared Service, Tax & Controlling for Europe at SFC Solutions since July 2020, with previous roles including Plant Controller and Poland Business Unit Controller overseeing two plants. Prior to SFC Solutions, Jacek worked at Cooper Standard from January 2011 to July 2020, where responsibilities included monitoring monthly operating results and managing overhead costs. Jacek's career began at Systemy Polimeryczne Barre Thomas Poland as an Accountant and Controlling Specialist. Jacek holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań and a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, along with a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on European Studies from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
