Bruce Cozadd

Bruce Cozadd serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jazz Pharmaceuticals and previously held the position of Executive Chairman. Cozadd is also a Board Member at The Nueva School and SFJAZZ. Prior experience includes roles at ALZA Corporation, where responsibilities included Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Planning & Analysis. Earlier in the career, Cozadd was part of the Corporate Finance Healthcare Group at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Incorporated. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, as well as Economics from Yale University, followed by further education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business between 1989 and 1991.
