Akanksha Sane

With over 23 years of HR experience, Akanksha has held key roles at PTC Software, Flex Technologies, Tech Mahindra Business Services, and WNS. She is a postgraduate in Personnel Management from the University of Pune and currently heads the People & Culture Function. Akanksha’s expertise spans strategic HR management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, and OD interventions. Proficient in HR tools and systems, she developed an interactive performance management system that enhanced employee performance and contributed to business goals. She also increased HR efficiency through shared services consolidation, process transformation, and standardization. A DEI advocate, Akanksha helped her previous organizations earn recognition as one of the Economic Times Best Workplaces for Women and Avtar Best Companies for Women in India. She was named a Top 10 Emerging Leader in IT by Silicon India Magazine in September 2023. Additionally, she is a Reiki practitioner and finds joy in meditating and gardening.
