Paul Boylan

Paul Boylan is an accomplished construction professional currently serving as Vice President of Preconstruction at SG Constructors since July 2020. With extensive experience in project management, Boylan previously held a senior management role at PCL Construction from April 2012 to June 2020, overseeing complex redevelopment and new build projects valued up to $250 million. Previous positions include Project Manager and Risk Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination, contract negotiation, estimating, and budget management. In addition to a leadership role as Chairman of the Young Construction Leaders in Toronto, Boylan has also managed projects in various capacities in France and Ireland, complemented by a degree in Construction Management from Technological University Dublin.
