Emily Grad has an extensive career in executive recruitment and finance, currently serving as an Executive Recruiter and Managing Director at SG Partners since February 2004. Prior to this, Emily held the position of Managing Director at Lipper & Company from 1991 to 2002, and served as Vice President at Bankers Trust Company from 1985 to 1991. Emily began their professional journey as an Investment Banking Analyst at Kidder, Peabody in 1980. Academically, Emily holds an MBA in Business from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School, and a BA from Brown University.
