John Becker has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. John is currently serving as the Group SVP of Strategic Growth Solutions at Vizient, Inc since 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at Sg2, including Group SVP of Strategic Growth Solutions and Sg2 & Intelligence from 2020 to 2020, Senior Vice President from 2012 to 2019, Vice President of Sales from 2007 to 2012, and Director of Account Management from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, John has also served as a Board Member at Panda Health since 2021. Before joining Sg2, they worked at Merck & Co., Inc. where they held roles such as Business Manager from 2002 to 2006, Region Analyst from 2000 to 2002, and Professional Sales Representative from 1997 to 2000.
John Becker began their education at Rockhurst High School from 1985 to 1989. After completing high school, they attended Northwestern University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Psychology. John then continued their education at Indiana University Bloomington from 1993 to 1995, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry and Organic Superconductors. Finally, they attended Loyola University Chicago from 1995 to 1997, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
