Rick Plotz has extensive experience in human resources, having held positions at various companies. Rick started their career at Abbott Laboratories, where they held several HR generalist positions and progressed into leadership roles within the diagnostic and pharmaceutical divisions. After leaving Abbott Laboratories, they worked at Courtaulds, PLC as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they led HR efforts in the startup manufacturing of plastic packaging products. Rick then joined AT&T (formerly Ameritech) as the Director of Human Resources, leading a team through merger activities. Following that, they worked at Experian as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Marketing Solutions Group. Rick later joined The Allant Group as the Vice President of Human Resources, supporting the company's rapid scaling. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at SG360°, a Segerdahl company, where they oversee various marketing solutions and brand design initiatives.
