Steven Clegg has extensive experience in HR and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Steven most recently served as the Head of HR - Human Resources Director at SGA Youth & Family Services since June 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at TCC Wireless from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Senior Manager at ITS ConGlobal from 2018 to 2019. Steven also worked at Phonak as the Senior Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2018. Their earlier experience includes positions such as Region HR Director, HR Director, and HR Manager at Sears from 2006 to 2013.
Steven Clegg holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Augustana College. In 2005, they obtained the PHR certification from SHRM.
