Mario Straccia has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mario began their career at SAQ-QUALICON AG, where they worked as a Quality Management Consultant from 1989 to 1997. Mario later became the Chief Executive Officer of Spheres Consulting from 2007 to 2013. Straccia also worked as a Senior Strategic Advisor at Centro EPSON Meteo - Meteo Operations Italia (MOPI) S.r.l. from 2007 to 2014. Mario founded Resolv in 2009, serving as its Founder and later as the Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2022. Straccia was also the Chief Executive Officer of Icona Digital SA from 2011 to 2016 and Value Suisse from 2012 to 2015. Most recently, they founded Value Swiss in 2023.
Mario Straccia earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and Business/Managerial Economics from the Université de Neuchâtel in 1989. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at the University of Lausanne from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained a Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant certification from the Barrett Values Centre in 2009 and completed a Risk Assessment - Work Related Stress program at AIFOS in the same year. Mario also acquired a Self Assessment TQM specialization from the Swiss Association for Quality in 1999 and became a Quality Systems Auditor through AICQ - Associazione Italiana Cultura Qualità in 1996. In 1995, they became an EOQ Quality Systems Manager by completing the program offered by the European Organization for Quality.
