Rob Parrish has extensive work experience in various leadership roles at SGS. Rob started their career at SGS in 1986, initially working as a Business Manager in South Australia and later becoming the Deputy General Director. Rob then served as the Managing Director, President Director, and Vice President in different countries, including the USA and Indonesia. Rob's responsibilities included restructuring businesses, increasing revenues, and improving profitability. In 2004, they became the Vice President of the Global Food division before taking on the role of Vice President of Retail Solutions in 2013. Rob's most recent roles at SGS include being the Managing Director and Vice President of Global Marketing.

Rob Parrish attended New Plymouth Boys High School from 1979 to 1981. In 1982, they briefly attended the New Zealand Regular Force Cadet School, where they studied military training.
