Abhishek Bansal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Shadowfax. Abhishek was previously with the Hay Group, where they worked as an Associate Consultant from June 2012 to July 2014. During their time with the Hay Group, they worked with one of the largest global retailers across India and China for an organization restructuring assignment. Additionally, they managed the transformation programme for corporate finance, financial planning, taxation and compliance functions. Abhishek also diagnosed organizational structural issues for a leading Indian conglomerate in the life insurance sector.
Before joining the Hay Group, Abhishek Bansal served as the General Secretary of the Board for Student Welfare from March 2010 to March 2011.
Abhishek Bansal earned a B.Tech in Production and Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Abhishek also attended St Mary's Academy.
