Mohan Sitharam is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Shadowfax since August 2022, Mohan previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at a mental health startup from September 2021 to August 2022. At Subex, from April 2015 to July 2021, Mohan was the Chief People Officer and global head for People Initiatives, overseeing HR functions and additional enabling functions. Mohan's tenure at Mindtree from August 2004 to April 2015 included leading the Service Lines People Function and cross-border HR responsibilities, achieving significant diversity and inclusion goals. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at HCL Technologies, Mphasis, and ANZ Asset Management. Mohan holds a PGDM in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, as well as certifications in Strategic and Global Human Resources, and a law degree from University Law School.
