Esther Fondermann is an experienced professional currently serving as Technical Director and a member of the Board of Management at Shainin - The Red X Company since January 2012. In this role, Esther also holds the position of Technical Manager for Europe and Delivery Lead for the D-A-CH region, having previously served as Technical Manager and Senior Technical Consultant. Prior to joining Shainin, Esther worked at Daimler AG from April 2006 to December 2011, where responsibilities included Manager of Program Management for C- and E-Class vehicles, Executive Assistant to the Vice President, Master Black Belt in Vehicle Development, and Quality Engineer for Engines. Esther Fondermann earned a degree from Ruhr University Bochum between 1999 and 2006.
