Natalie Kapp

Natalie Kapp is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Design Project Manager at Shake Shack since June 2020, with previous roles including Concept Design Project Manager and Assistant Design Manager. Prior to Shake Shack, Natalie worked as a Design Associate at WeWork from September 2018 to June 2020. Early experiences include positions as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Virginia, various internships at URBN, and roles as a Sales Associate and Professional Figure Skater. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Virginia School of Architecture and a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia.
