Prior roles include Director of Food and Beverage at DoubleTree by Hilton Richmond-Midlothian, where Matthew managed various dining outlets and significantly improved guest satisfaction scores. With prior experience at Jefferson Lakeside Club, Bull and Bear Club, Doubletree by Hilton Richmond VA, and Omni Hotels & Resorts, Matthew has consistently demonstrated expertise in operations management, budget analysis, staff supervision, and guest experience enhancement throughout a diverse range of roles.
