Shane Reynolds

Shane Reynolds has a diverse work experience. Shane started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at ISPN HelpDesk & Network Services in 2011 and worked there until 2014. Shane then moved on to become a Technology Specialist at Liberty Public Schools from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Lexmark Enterprise Software, initially as a Technical Support Engineer, then as a Technical Support Specialist, and finally as a Global Support Systems Expert. In 2017, they joined RSA Security as a Technical Advisor and later transitioned to the role of Software Quality Engineer 2, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Shane is employed as a QA Engineer at Shamrock Trading Corporation, starting in May 2021.

Shane Reynolds earned an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Vatterott College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in December 2009 and RSA Archer 6 Certified Associate from RSA Security in March 2018.
