Darlene Vitorino

Darlene Vitorino currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources for SHAPE North America at Shape Technologies Group, a position held since November 2024, where collaboration with the Executive team and Senior leadership focuses on aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Darlene accumulated extensive experience at Shape Process Automation from February 2011 to November 2024, holding multiple positions including Director of Human Resources for the SPA NA Division, Regional Human Resource Business Partner, and Human Resource Manager. Darlene Vitorino holds a Human Resources Certificate from Mohawk College, obtained from 2011 to 2015, and a Law Clerk degree from Mohawk College, earned from 1990 to 1992.
