Christopher Pawlak

Christopher Pawlak has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Christopher is currently working as an Operations Manager at Shape Corp. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's operations.

Before joining Shape Corp, Christopher worked as a Production Director at LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. Here, they provided strategic leadership for cell manufacturing, module/pack assembly, and materials management. Christopher also played a key role in product, process, and employee improvement.

Prior to LG Energy Solution, Christopher worked as a Technical Manager at tesa, a global tape manufacturing company. Christopher led regional and local technical strategy and investment planning. Earlier in their career, Christopher held positions such as Production Line Manager, Assistant Plant Engineer, and Forming Systems Engineer at O-I. Christopher also worked as a Researcher at Battelle.

Christopher Pawlak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University. Christopher has obtained several certifications including OSHA 30-Hour Safety Compliance from National Seminars Training in November 2015, Certification of Change Management from Change Guides in January 2014, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from George Group in August 2011, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from George Group in April 2009, and HeartSaver First Aid CPR AED from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association in January 2018.
