Ryan Hansard

Ryan Hansard has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Ryan started their career as a Computer Tech at Mouse House in 2006, where they worked with customers both in person and over the phone to resolve computer hardware and software issues. In 2007, they joined Clock Life Story Funeral Home as the Director of IT, a role they held until 2011. Following this, they worked as a Tech Support Specialist at Orchard View Public School District from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, Ryan has been employed at Shape Corp., where they have held various positions including Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Analyst, Systems Administrator, and currently, System Engineer.

Ryan Hansard attended Baker College of Muskegon from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Security. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications as an Apex One Certified Professional from Trend Micro in December 2019 and as a Deep Security 11 Certified Professional from the same institution in October 2019.
