Sumit Sapru

Sumit Sapru is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business leadership and strategic planning, currently serving as the Business Head and Head of Corporate Planning at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate since August 2017. Prior to this role, Sumit held the position of Head of New Business at Tata Housing Development Company Limited from February 2011 to August 2017, and served as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy in the out-of-home media sector from November 2006 to January 2011. Earlier in their career, Sumit worked as a Manager in Business Development at Wockhardt Ltd and served as a Captain in the Indian Army from May 1999 to January 2006. Academically, Sumit holds an advanced diploma and certificate in various fields from Holkar University and is pursuing additional certifications at Indira Gandhi National Open University. Sumit also possesses a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and completed a Senior Management Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
