Sílvia Garcia Marques

With degrees in auditing, tax law, accounting and business administration, Sílvia began her career in the public sector in 2003, working in financial services, where she later became responsible for an accounting department. In 2006, she took on the role of Manager of a newly created Planning and Control department, which she supervised from its inception. In 2008, Sílvia joined Deloitte as an internal auditor, starting as a specialist and progressing to a supervisory role, where she was responsible for overseeing a team and conducting financial and operational audits. In 2015 she joined Share IT as COO. With her extensive background, she oversees the operations, finance services, and human resources. She also plays a vital role in the management, actively contributing to all strategic and operational decisions.
