Jenny Dirksen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit and culinary sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Communications and Collaboration at Share Our Strength, Jenny has established the organization's first internal communications function for a workforce of over 250 hybrid and remote staff. Throughout her career at Share Our Strength, Jenny has held various leadership positions, including directing brand initiatives and managing celebrity engagement for national fundraising efforts. Prior to this, Jenny held significant roles at Union Square Hospitality Group, including Director of Community Investment, where Jenny developed the company's first community-focused department, and as Executive Assistant to Danny Meyer. Jenny's culinary training includes experience at renowned establishments such as The French Laundry and Tabla. Academically, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
