Shana Newman Fajardo has extensive experience in partnership development and fundraising within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Director of Partnership Development at Share Our Strength since October 2016, Shana previously held various leadership roles at Rebuilding Together, including Vice President of Development and Director of Corporate Engagement, from 2014 to 2016. Prior experience includes Development Director at National Park Trust (2009-2014), Corporate and Foundation Relations Manager at Habitat for Humanity (2005-2009), and Development Associate at JCC of Greater Washington (2003-2004). Shana Newman Fajardo holds a degree in Public Relations, Communications, and Spanish from Florida State University.

Share Our Strength's mission is to end hunger and poverty in the U.S. and abroad. They execute on this mission through their campaigns, like No Kid Hungry, which will end childhood hunger in the United States, and Cooking Matters, which helps low-income families learn to shop and cook healthier.
