Jen Garcia Allen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jen is currently serving as the Co President at Shareability since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Good+Foundation starting from 2017.
Jen has also worked at Whalerock Industries from 2015 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including SVP of Creative Strategy, Head of Editorial & Programming, and Executive Editor for Kardashian/Jenner Apps and Zendaya: The App.
From 2007 to 2015, they worked at PEOPLE Magazine | PEOPLE.com as the West Coast Deputy News Editor and Senior Writer.
Before that, they were a Staff Reporter at Us Weekly from 2005 to 2007. In 2003, they started their career as an Advertising Specialist at Men's Journal Magazine.
Jen Garcia Allen obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Delaware, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.

Shareability co-founded Down Home, the next-generation entertainment company built from and for the heart of America. Together with superstar Tim McGraw and the Hollywood studio Skydance (Top Gun, Air, Mission Impossible, etc.), Down Home will create engaging content, brands, and experiences born out of Nashville.
