Rachel Coppola

Rachel Coppola has a wealth of work experience in sales, catering, public relations, and event management. Rachel began their career in 2013 as a Publicist for Effective Immediately PR (EI-PR). In this role, they executed aggressive outreach to potential clients and managed over 17 client campaigns. Rachel also worked directly with clients to secure press coverage for tours and coordinated EP release events.

In 2014, Rachel moved on to Grit Creative Group as a PR Coordinator. In this role, they pitched entertainment and lifestyle editors to secure publicity for various artists, while also organizing and managing guest lists for large-scale events, with A-list celebrities. Rachel secured press coverage in outlets such as Complex, Daily Mail, E News, and HuffPost Style, and was on site liaison for high profile clients visiting NYC.

In 2015, Rachel took on the role of Events & Catering Manager for Southern Hospitality BBQ. Her duties included prospecting leads, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and coordinating all events. During their three-year tenure, they booked and successfully executed 600+ events, including events for high profile clients such as Louis Vuitton, Bleacher Report, and various Broadway shows.

In 2018, Rachel moved on to Paul Evans Catering as a Catering Sales Manager. Her main job function was to solicit new corporate and private clients, while building strong relationships with various event venues located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Additional responsibilities included cold calling and sales presentations, negotiating contracts, networking, following up on referrals, and enhancing brand awareness through industry functions.

Most recently, Rachel joined Sharebite in 2021 as a Sr. Account Executive, National Accounts. Rachel was later promoted to Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. In this role, they opened an average of 10 new accounts each week to significantly increase the company's revenue and brand awareness, and increased sales volumes in specified territories through weekly account visits.

Rachel Coppola attended Suffolk University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Musical Theatre.
