Nagaraj Rayudu

Nagaraj Rayudu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations and payroll management. Currently serving as Manager and Lead of HR Operations at ShareChat since October 2021, Nagaraj previously held the position of Global Payroll Manager and Global Payroll Lead at Magnitude Software, Inc. from March 2018 to October 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll Specialist at Juniper Networks and as a Senior HR Generalist at My Wash Technologies. Nagaraj began a career in human resources at Teamlease Services Limited as an Executive Human Resources. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc. in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science from Andhra Loyola College, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Acharya Institute of Technology, and SAP-Functional HR training from Sapware Technologies.
