Mike Higham

Mike Higham is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Design Lead at Sharesies since December 2023, Mike has also co-founded and held the position of Head of Product at HospoConnect since January 2017. Recent positions include Design Lead at Octave from July to November 2023 and UX Lead there from March 2018 to March 2021. Previous roles encompass Lead UX Designer at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, UX Designer at Sixtyproof, and Senior UX Designer and Front-End Developer at Springload. Early career experiences include development and design roles at HostJars and customer service at the Inland Revenue Department. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University and a Diploma in Web Development from ACG YOOBEE School of Design.
