Muhadditha Al Hashimi currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Sharjah Private Education Authority and holds the position of President and Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Sharjah Education Academy, both critical roles in overseeing education in the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE. With a wealth of experience, Muhadditha is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Sharjah and the University of Khorfakkan. Previously, Muhadditha was an Independent Non-Executive Director at Mediclinic, participating in key committees, and held various leadership roles within the Higher Colleges of Technology, including Director positions and Executive Dean for health sciences. Additional board commitments include memberships at the United Arab Emirates Nursing and Midwifery Council, Al Jalila Foundation, and Dubai School of Dental Medicine. Muhadditha earned a Doctorate in Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, a Master’s in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and a Bachelor’s in Medical Technology from the University of Minnesota.
