Grace Sperling

Grace Sperling is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and design. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer I at SharkNinja since January 2021, Grace has progressed through various roles including Mechanical Engineer II and Mechanical Engineer. Prior experience includes a mechanical engineering co-op at Bose Corporation, where Grace contributed to the design of 3D mechanical structures and improved testing processes, and another co-op at SharkNinja, focusing on thermal retention and airflow optimization for innovative kitchen appliances. Additionally, Grace held positions at Applied Materials and as a research assistant at the Wildlife Conservation Society, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles and project management. Grace earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
