Michael Flynn

Michael Flynn, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Strategic Analytics at SharkNinja, a position held since February 2015. In this role, Michael has led key projects, including the implementation of a Direct to Consumer SaaS platform in Japan and the deployment of a $1.7M custom ERP and SRM solution in China. Previous roles at SharkNinja included Director of Supply Planning & Operations and Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing. Michael also has experience as a Freelance Developer at Launch Academy, Inc. and as Assistant General Manager for First Hospitality Group, where significant improvements in service and cost efficiency were achieved. Michael is pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management at Trinity College Dublin, with an expected graduation in July 2024.
