Ryan later pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The George Washington University Law School, graduating between 2003 and 2006. Ryan Mooney obtained several certifications in various state bars, including the D.C. Bar in 2008, the Texas Bar in 2007, and the California Bar in 2013. While the obtained month is unknown, they also obtained the Virginia Bar certification in 2007.
