Rebeka Roma Griswold

Rebeka Roma Griswold, MBA, currently serves as a Clinical Nurse, RN in the Progressive Care Unit for Cardiac Surgery at Sharp HealthCare, starting in November 2023. With a strong background in patient care and project management, Rebeka is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and previously volunteered at The Elizabeth Hospice and Hospice of the North Coast, focusing on the needs of terminally ill patients and their families. Rebeka's professional experience includes project management roles at Vangard Concept Offices and Service West, Inc., alongside a foundation in auditing at PwC and quality planning at Unimed. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from California State University San Marcos, a Master of Business Administration from FGV, and additional coursework in Project Management.
