Nitin Kale has an extensive career in design and development, currently serving as General Manager of Design & Development and Engineering at Sharp India Ltd. since April 2015, following a progressive tenure that began as Trainee Engineer at Kalyani Sharp India Limited/Bharat Forge Limited in 1986. Over the years, Nitin Kale advanced through multiple roles, culminating in positions such as Senior Manager and General Manager at both Kalyani Sharp India Ltd. and Sharp India Ltd., where contributions to product innovation and development have been significant. Nitin Kale holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt College of Engineering, Karad.
