Donna Sweeney

Donna Sweeney is a Product Owner at Sharp Notions. Donna has over seven years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare. Donna has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Donna began their career as a Project Manager at Rochester Regional Health, where they were responsible for directing and leading the efforts of Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Plan Behavioral Health project teams to achieve the defined scope and deliverables of the project. Donna then became the Pharmacy 340B Business Manager, overseeing the development of project/task documentation, including specifications, design decisions and related project documentation.

In 2019, Donna left Rochester Regional Health to join Sharp Notions, LLC as a Senior Project Manager. In their current role as Product Owner, they are responsible for managing the work efforts of multiple projects simultaneously and preparing work breakdown structures and estimates for task deliverables.

Donna Sweeney has a BA in Sociology from State University of New York College at Geneseo. Donna has certification from the University of Rochester in Lean Performance and from the Management & Strategy Institute in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare.
