Win Liu

Win Liu is the CEO of Sharp Vision Software since January 2004, successfully transforming the company into a premier provider of software services and solutions across various industries, including defense and healthcare. Prior experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty at Johns Hopkins University, where contributions involved teaching business decision-making and software development methodologies, along with published research in forecasting and business strategies. Win also held key positions at Corvis Corporation and ARINC, focusing on software development for optical networks and aviation communication protocols, respectively. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Faculty Research Associate at the University of Maryland, specializing in numerical modeling of ocean currents. Win Liu holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Behang University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Portland State University, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Physical Oceanography at Oregon State University.
