Olga Rozina

Olga Rozina's work experience starts in 2015 as a User Interface Designer at flexbe. Olga then worked as a Web Designer at Berlin Economics for four months in 2016. Following that, they were a Product Designer at besserfleisch for five months and at donly.de for three months in 2016 and 2017, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a UI/UX Designer at System Technologies, Ltd. Olga then joined Effective Technologies as a Senior UI/UX Designer for seven months in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Senior User Experience and Interface Designer at callstats.io for eleven months. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Basware as a Senior UI/UX Designer, where they had responsibilities such as collaborating with product owners and shaping the design system for the company's products. Olga'smost recent position is as a Senior Product Designer at Sharper Shape Group, starting in 2023.

Olga Rozina has a diverse education history. In 2022, they took an open university course in Facilitating change at Aalto University. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, they attended the Technical University of Nizhny Novgorod in Russia, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology in Design, specifically a Diplom Engineer degree.

In addition to their formal education, Olga has acquired several certifications. In December 2022, they obtained certifications from LinkedIn in various fields of UX DesignOps, including Analyzing Data, Remote Research, Managing Stakeholders, Measuring Success, Overview, and Working with Developers. Furthermore, in August 2017, they completed a Design thinking camp at Lab Wonderfull.
