Joanna Gawlik-Dziadoń

Joanna Gawlik-Dziadoń is an experienced coach and advisor, currently serving as Ambasador at Coffideas and as an Executive & Team Coach at Mangrove, where support is provided to startup founders and business owners in creating effective organizations. Joanna has been the owner of Inspiro since 2012, specializing in individual and team coaching, and has been actively involved in various roles including Business Coach at Sharpist and Mentor at Early Warning Europe. In addition to a robust coaching career, Joanna served on the Board of the Izba Coachingu, where responsibilities included representing the organization in Greater Poland and organizing industry training and events. With a prior background in leadership at Citi, managing teams across various strategic roles, Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Warsaw and has furthered education in coaching and finance through multiple institutions.
