Michael joined SharpSpring in December of 2019 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the global financial and administrative operations of the company. Michael brings over 30 years of experience in progressive finance and accounting roles. Prior to joining SharpSpring, Michael was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Connectwise, an IT management SaaS company, where he helped lead a successful sale to Thomas Bravo, for an undisclosed amount (reported at approximately $1.5 billion). Michael holds an active CPA in the state of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University.
