Izak Mutlu

Izak Mutlu is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in information security and governance. As Co-Founder and Board member of the Bay Area CSO Council since 2004, Izak facilitates a network of 40 Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) to exchange best practices. From 2006 to 2016, Izak served as Vice President of Information and Product Security at Salesforce.com, playing a critical role in enhancing security within the cloud computing sector. Prior positions include Chief Information Security Officer at Silicon Graphics, Inc., and Solectron Corp, where Izak developed comprehensive IT security strategies. Additionally, Izak contributed to CrestPoint Solutions as a Board member, and held various leadership roles at EDS Corporation, Amdahl Corporation, Contel, and Intecom, further demonstrating a solid background in technical direction, business development, and operational control. Izak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
