Beat Zahner is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and financial leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at Shaw and Partners since December 2021, Beat oversees operations within one of Australia's leading investment firms. Previously, as Head of Business Partnering - Finance at Perpetual Limited from January 2015 to December 2021, Beat provided strategic support to the executive team and managed enterprise-wide planning and forecasting processes. Earlier roles include Senior Finance Manager at Westpac Group and various positions at Credit Suisse, culminating in the role of Vice President in the Asset Management COO & CFO Department. Beat holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of St.Gallen, and a Bachelor of Business Administration also from the University of St.Gallen.
