Since September 2018, Karl serves as the National Head of Operations and Associate Director at Shaw and Partners. Prior to this role, Karl contributed to Shaw and Partners Limited as a Systems/Research Project Manager from March 2013 to August 2016. Karl's career also includes a position at Affinity Wealth Services focusing on trading and portfolio management from March 2009 to March 2013, and experience in trading systems at Citi Smith Barney from July 2008 to January 2009.
