Currently serving as a Senior Manager of IT Service Management at Shaw Industries since December 2005, Tim leads the IT Service Desk and IT Field Services teams. Tim's previous roles at Shaw include IT Deployment Manager and Applications Manager, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing IT deployments across domestic facilities to developing enterprise-level solutions. Prior to joining Shaw, Tim was a Sales & Marketing Manager and Software Consultant at Chadwick and Associates, focusing on ERP software for the floorcovering industry. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bryan College.
