Amber Crighton

Amber Crighton is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and customer service. Currently serving as Product & Strategy Manager for the Consumer Group at Shawbrook Bank, Amber has held various roles including Assistant Manager and Risk Analyst within the Portfolio Strategy team since September 2020. Previous experience includes positions as a Client Reporting Analyst at Aviva Investors and a Tailored Investment Reporting Associate at Insight Investment. Amber's career began at the Financial Ombudsman Service, where notable contributions were made as a Senior Adjudicator and Adjudicator. Educationally, Amber holds a Master's degree in Criminology with Criminological Psychology from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology with Forensic Science from the University of Portsmouth.
