Jodie Lazenby

Jodie Lazenby has extensive work experience in recruitment within the financial services industry. Jodie currently holds the position of Senior Recruitment Lead for Consumer, Enterprise, & Group Risk at Shawbrook Bank, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruitment Lead for Corporate Markets at Link Group from July 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they served as a Recruitment Manager for Financial Services and later as a Principal Consultant at Elite Search Associates from February 2020 to July 2021. Additionally, Jodie worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Accountancy & Finance at Woodrow Mercer Solutions from July 2019 to February 2020 and as a Recruitment Consultant for Insurance & Financial Services at Search Consultancy from October 2017 to July 2019.

Jodie Lazenby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Leeds Beckett University.
