Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith has a diverse background in IT spanning several companies. Jeff began their career at The Kemtah Group, Inc. as a Computer Technician contractor for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Jeff then worked as a Desktop Technician at Robert Half Technology before joining Mercy Medical Center as a Network Technician and Desktop Analyst. At Catholic Health Initiatives, they served as a Microsoft Engineer II, handling various responsibilities such as hardware/software maintenance, server infrastructure support, and AD domain consolidation. Currently, Jeff is the Tech Lead of Collaboration Technology at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc., where they oversee collaboration technology and provides support for hardware and VMware vSphere environments.

Jeff Smith obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Vatterott College.
